Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 1 to 3 days (internationally within approx. 2 to 7 days) by UPS, DPD or DHL after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment order).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.

Provision of digital content:


There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content is provided to you via a link sent to you by e-mail.
This e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
